Terms and Conditions

By browsing this site, reserving a beef share, or placing an order with Reynolds Ranch Beef ("Reynolds Ranch," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Beef shares are sold as a two-payment purchase. You reserve your share with a deposit at the time of order. Once your animal is processed and your share is ready, we invoice the remaining balance. Your share is not released for shipment until the balance is paid in full.

• Deposits reserve a specific share size (Quarter, Half, or Whole) — they are not a subscription.
• The balance amount is the listed all-in price for your share, less the deposit already paid.
• Cut-sheet preferences are confirmed with you before processing where the schedule allows.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Reynolds Ranch and to availability of animals in the current harvest cycle. We may decline or cancel an order and refund amounts paid for that order, including where an order cannot be fulfilled or where a price or product description was published in error.

Prices shown on the site are in U.S. dollars and include processing and shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but a change will not affect a share already reserved with a deposit.

Shipping timelines and handling are described in our Shipping and Delivery policy. Damage, defect, and refund handling is described in our Returns and Refunds policy. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reynolds Ranch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, including spoilage caused by a freezer failure, a delivery refused or left unattended, or storage or handling after delivery. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Beef is a perishable food product. It is your responsibility to be available to receive your delivery and to move it into freezer storage promptly on arrival.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
